Art Attack! 2006

WCCA TV 13's 5th Annual "ART ATTACK!" film, video and art festival will be May 5th. Doors open at 6:00 PM to 8:30PM at WCCA TV, 415 Main Street, Worcester MA.

This year the theme is "Meaningful Media". We are featuring the following video shorts from the Media That Matters Film Festival.

Battleground Minnesota: Hip-hop meets politics in the Upper Midwest.

Fast and Reliable: The story of NYC bike messenger legend Dexter Benjamin.

Neglected Sky: A line from space saves the world.

World on Fire: Music video from Sarah McLachlan. "When Sophie Muller and I made World on Fire, our hope was to show how easy it can be to use your wealth to help make immeasurable improvements in people's lives."

Something Other Than Other: A son's birth inspires an interracial couple to muse on their backgrounds.

MTMFF coordinator Wendy Cohen is scheduled to speak. There will be live music featuring the eclectic Jubilee Gardens. People can also network, mix, and mingle with WCCA producers and TV personalities. There will be light refreshments available. It will be a fun event for all ages.
