The Circle of Friends is a membership of businesses as underwriters of WCCA TV 13. The members of our Circle of Friends get recognized on our television channel for their support with video images from their business and a statement about what services and products the businesses provide the community. As underwriters, these businesses help support our educational programs and operations as a non-profit television station. We appreciate all of our Circle of Friends members. It is with their help that we are able to maintain and enhance the quality we provide in educational and cultural services to youth and the community at-large.
