Singer Ryleigh Modig, 14, of Spencer is the winner of this year’s “New Voices Awards,” the finals of which aired Jan. 19 on WCCA TV, and which is being rerun at 10 p.m. Jan. 26, 9:30 p.m. Jan. 27 and 7:30 p.m. Jan. 29. Both episodes of the program are also available to stream at http://www.wccatv.com.Worcester writer Mateo Carrion, 18, was the winner of a concurrent poetry competition.
