Ask them to Demand, at a minimum, a continuation of current existing monetary and non-monetary franchise provisions to support our PEG channels ( Channels such as WCCA TV 13 ). Ideally these franchise funds should be guaranteed as a "must be dedicated exclusively" for Public Access/PEG use.
