Quinsigamond Community College will host an information session for its new Energy Utility Technology (EUT) program on Thursday, April 5, at 6 p.m. in the Administration Building, Room 107A, on campus. Quinsigamond, in collaboration with Middlesex and North Shore community colleges, has partnered with National Grid, one of the nation’s largest energy delivery organizations, to establish EUT programs at all three schools. The nine-month certificate program, which begins in September 2007, will provide students with a core set of skills and competencies required by the industry.

You are invited to join Burncoat Baptist Church, 475 Burncoat Street in Worcester on Palm Sunday to celebrate Jesus' triumphant entry into Jerusalem. The morning service will begin at 10:00 A.M. with a sermon, "The King Is Coming." Anna Granquist, soprano, will be performing special music during the service. Refreshments will follow the service in the Parlor. Nursery service is available.

The Maundy Thursday service will begin at 7:00 P.M. with Holy Communion in observance of the Last Supper, Jesus agony in the garden and His arrest. The service in the Sanctuary will include a final sermon in a series entitled, "Echoes of Salvation" and a silent candlelight vigil.

Celebrate Easter with Burncoat Baptist Church to observe one of the holiest days on the Christian calendar when Jesus' resurrection is commemorated. A free Easter breakfast will be served beginning at 8:30 AM in Fellowship Hall. Make your reservations for breakfast by calling the church office at 508-853-6240 or sending e-mail to Pastor Jim at pastorjim@charter.net no later than April 2 to be sure you get a seat. The Easter Worship Service in the Sanctuary will begin after breakfast at 10:00 A.M. with a sermon titled, "Is the Tomb Empty or Not?"
