A FAIR WITH A FLAIR...UPTON WOMAN'S FALL FAIR , Saturday, October 20, 9AM-2PM, at Memorial School, Route 140, Upton, MA, free admission. For your shopping convenience, we provide free child supervision, and a luncheon cafe' with live music.

The Women's Ministry Group at Burncoat Baptist Church will hold its first Autumn Harvest Craft Show on Saturday, October 20 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the church, 475 Burncoat St in Worcester. Admission is free. The craft show gives you a great opportunity to begin shopping for the holidays. There will be a craft table as well as a white elephant table, and you can purchase quilts and various gift items. Lunch will be available for sale at noon and proceeds from this fundraiser will go to the Missions fund.

Crafters are invited to participate in a fundraiser craft show that will be hosted by the Burncoat Baptist Church’s Women’s Ministry Group on Saturday, October 20 from 9:00 AM to 2 PM at 475 Burncoat St in Worcester. Crafters should call 508-867-3012 starting today through October 12 to reserve a table at $15.00 each.

After seven years the Korean War Memorial of Central Mass will be completed and dedicated!

Newly completed Phase II work includes:
-Heroic-size bronze sculptures of a Korean War era G.I. and Korean Boy
-Six educational signs detailing the history of the Korean War
-Eight additional flagpoles with American flags, Special recognition of the Puerto Rican 65th Infantry Regiment
-Addition to the Walkway of Honor that includes memorial bricks for the 105 Massachusetts' fallen war heroes from Desert Storm through Afghanistan and Operation Iraqi Freedom and six U.S. war correspondents who died while reporting on the war
-Granite seating wall and new plantings in a tree-shaded, park like setting
