"Evening for the Earth" at Tammany Hall

Date:
04/26/2008 7:00pm

ur "evening for the earth" is this Saturday April 26th at Tammany Hall in
Worcester, starting at 9pm until 2am.

We will be featuring 3 bands. Opening the night is Clark University's
Wrighteous L., a reggae band from Boston, and also the 2008 Turtle Boy
Award winner Best Ska band Guns of Navarone.

We are encouraging poets, and enthusiasts that love the earth, nature, and
learning about Green Initiatives in Worcester to attend. We will be
hosting a time for poets to speak their mind, as well as tables for Green
businesses and initiatives.

We will have local donations to raffle to benefit our non profits. We have
chosen UGROW of Worcester, which is a non profit helping to build urban
gardens and cultivate healthy food for families, as well as
Wachusett Greenways that turns old rail roads to trails for biking, etc.

All 3 bands are donating their profits as well.

Please join me and showing Worcester, that we care about the Earth and
celebrate it with Music and Community.
