Week of October 2nd
Stephen Sandberg - Stephen Sandberg is the founder and manager of Cinema 320. Cinema 320 is located on the campus of Clark University in the Jefferson Academic Center. Be sure to check out their fall selection of films at www.cinema320.com
Week of October 9th: - Due to the Columbus Holiday Worcester Here and Now will not be aired at its regularly schedule times on Monday at 7 PM or Tuesday at 10:30 AM. The show will resume its regular schedule for the remainder of the week and can be seen Tuesday evening at 6 PM and Friday evening at 5:30 PM.
Emil Igwenagu - Meet the Director for Worcester's African Cultural Center, a place 'where our community's families can unite, participate, enjoy and learn about African culture. Art center, gallery, gift shop, festival, programs and so much more. To learn more about the center go to www.african-museum.com Their slogan "unifying the community through cultural experiences".
Week of October 16th:
The Royal Worcester Corset Company - - Meet some of the cast from this wonderful musical celebrating the colorful history of Worcester's blue collar workers and trade schools during the early 20th Century. TIcket proceeds to purchase equipment for the new, Worcester Technical High School.
Week of October 23rd:
Rosalie Tirella - Here is an opportunity to meet the founder and publisher of InCity Times and learn how she made it all happen. InCity Times is 'a bi-weekly publication, which celebrates the culture and diversity of Worcester's neighborhoods, reporting on events and news of interest to inner-city Worcester.'
Week of October 30th:
Lisa Proctor/Living Earth - Listen as Lisa shares concerns about harmful ingredients in products meant to benefit the body. From cosmetics to hair dye to vitamins, Lisa emphasizes the importance of being a knowledgeable consumer.
