WGBH is auditioning for FETCH:
Auditions for FETCH cast members will be held on January 13 and 14, 2007. Auditions are by appointment only. We are looking for 10-14 year olds who represent the rich diversity of our country. The ideal FETCH cast member is friendly and extroverted, has a great sense of humor, and most importantly is willing to try new things. No prior acting experience is required. Taping takes place over the summer.

I'm sorry to tell you that you just missed the auditions for 2008. FETCH! Auditions were held January 5-6, 2008. Audtions for 2009 will be held next winter.

Last year auditions were held the first week in January. Keep watching the FETCH web site for new dates. When you see the dates posted there please post a comment here announcing the dates.

Hello! I would love to go auditions in 2010 if there are any but I haven't heard anything yet. Apparently, they'll tell you in late November or early December. I would really like to go to fetch auditions. I am 11 years old and i'll be 12 next February. I was just wondering something that I can't find anywhere on the web: what do they have you do at the auditions? I need someone who has been to fetch with ruff ruffman auditions before and has had at least one callback. Please answer my question! Explain to me specifically what they have you do at auditions. Thanks!

If you make it thorugh the auditions,you have to spend a WHOLE SUMMER in Boston. You also have to be able to go to Boston to shoot throughout the school year. I'm trying out for 2010. I am homeschooled,so I can do all that. Bet you can't!!!

in january 2010 i know what there looking for since i once auditioned they will ask you to do a silly dance (they say to losen you up) but it's really to show if your brave to dance in front of a group
you will also have to make up a brief story for whatever topic they give you mine was about penguins ??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

FETCH! rehearsals
how many weeks in the summer do you have to be in boston? and what time are the weekend rehearsals? i live on the west coast and I want to see if I can audition because if i can't make it to rehearsals then I can't audition.

I don't know what time the rehearsals are; I didn't even know they had rehearsals. I think you must have to stay the whole summer and part of the school year. Are you sure they even have you go to rehearsals? Because Fetch with Ruff Ruffman has no script.

FETCH requirements
To try out for FETCH!, kids need to be between the ages of 10 and 14 and be able to live in the greater Boston area over the summer. Because FETCH! is taped not just during the summer, but also during school vacations and over a few weekends during the school year, FETCHers also need to be able to film on weekends and during school vacations without missing school to get there. All the information about the auditions is in the Scoop on the FETCH! Web site.
When is Ruff going to post that audition info?
He NEVER, EVER posts that stuff! he only posted that halloween whateveritis. when's he gonna post the audition info?

What do you guys mean it was already filmed? The auditions for 2010 have not been anounced yet, but they will be soon. If they don't have auditions for Fetch, maybe they'll have auditions for their next tv show. Hope to see you at auditions!

will there be auditiuons in 2011? i really want to be on the show, but i missed the last couple seasons.

But i live in california too so its not really cool. i wish theyd make a show like that filmed in california. I have crazy experience considering i took Drama as my elective for the past 2 years .
