Soapbox, hosted by WCCA TV Executive Director, Mauro DePasquale, has brand new episodes in March begining with Mayor Konnie Lukes the week of March 3rd. The week of March 10th, Mauro's guest is City Manager Michael O'Brien. One of the topics discussed will be the issue of foreclosures in the City. Foster care and adoption are the topics discussed the week of March 17th with the Department of Social Services. Kim Kates of the Samaritans joins Mauro DePasquale the week of March 24th. Soapbox can be seen on Wednesdays at 8:30pm, Thursdays at 1:00pm, Saturdays at 10:30pm and Sundays at 6:30pm. Here is the latest on today's Soapbox shoot.

The City Manager could not make the shoot today. According to his office, he was in deposition most of the morning. We look forward to seeing him soon. I invited him to review the questions that were submitted on WCCA's web site. Perhaps at the next shoot we will able to address questions from the community.

Councilor Palmieri also canceled due to an emergency of his.

All other shots went according to schedule. Look for these episodes of Soapbox this May on WCCA TV. I promise they will be informative and entertaining.

Last month many sent in great questions for the City Manager. The only glitch was there was a last minute cancelation, the Manager couldn't make it for the taping.
