If you believe in FREE speech, Community Media, Individual voices, and want to make a positive difference. WCCA TV 13, "The People's Channel" offers you a chance to make TV meaningful by volunteering.

    Production assistance on various coummunity productions
    COMMUNITY VISION NEWS REPORTERS AND ANCHORS
    Computer tech trainers
    Fund raising
    Workshop trainers / Peer mentors
