If you cannot afford the membership of your choice, simply let us know. We can work with every budget. Inquire about media sponsorships, and fee waiver opportunities as well. FRIEND OF WCCA TV 13: $25.00 annual membership.
This is our very basic, you want to show the world how much you love WCCA TV 13 and that free speech is important to you membership opportunity.
This annual membership: We show our appreciation for this membership by offering a 10% discount on selected WCCA items including videotape copies of shows, WCCA cool stuff (shirts, hats), events, and specific classes.
You get a cool “I Love WCCA TV 13” bumper sticker too. See your name or dedication on the WCCA TV Electronic Bulletin Board.

COMMUNITY PRODUCER / PRESENTER: $45.00 annual membership. Special and substantial membership discounts to Certificate classes and workshops. The opportunity to produce your own show at WCCA TV and/or present your ready for cablecast video on Channel 13. Community Producer members may apply to access our production facility and equipment. Other privileges may apply.

WCCA TV VOLUNTEER: FREE annual membership.
This membership allows you to participate on WCCA productions. A great way to learn the craft of TV production. Other gifts include a 10% discount on selected WCCA items including videotape copies of shows, WCCA cool stuff (shirts, hats), events, and classes.

ELECTRONIC BULLETIN BOARD Here is a great outreach venue for everyone. This Membership is available on a monthly or annual basis. $10 for on month or $70 for a year. Your message gets a full screen display. Every message is on the front page when it's on WCCA TV!

WCCA TV KIDSNET / YOUTH CHANNEL Memberships: WCCA TV is the home to Teen Central and Young Views Real News. This is the place were the youth voice is heard and shared in Worcester. The premier year round media literacy center for Worcester’s youth.
The after school program is free and has limited openings. Summer programs are available for an affordable fee. Limited openings. This is a great learning experience. TBA

WCCA TV INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Internships are considered a membership category: Interns receive one year free membership beginning the date of Internship activation. FREE training is offered to interns with good merit ratings. Interns must be available as scheduled and accomplish assigned task as expected to remain active and in good merit.

Community Vision EVENING Editors may qualify for stipend pending available funding.

INTERNSHIP JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Video Posting / Program Associate: (STIPENDED POSITION)
Job includes processing and posting video to Internet Archive, creating links to WCCA ‘s website, importing image files, sending out notices promoting the posting. Involves Capturing video footage, editing to assigned formats, Uploading archived footage to WCCA’s web page, uploading images and some web page components. Details made available upon assignment.
Requirements: Good Communication and computer skills, Ability and capacity to follow through on time deadlines, Ability to work independently, To be dependable as needed as scheduled.
Prior video posting, blogging, editing and post production experience preferred.
Approximately 8 hours per week. LATE AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENINGS
Supervisor: Executive Director or Programming Director

VIDEO EDITOR Post Production:
Job includes completing edit assignments as needed. Assignments will include editing and assembling production content, news features, and graphic elements on a timely basis.
Requirements: Good Communication and computer skills, Ability and capacity to follow through on time deadlines, Ability to work independently, To be dependable as needed as scheduled.
Prior editing and post production experience preferred.
Approximately 8 hours per week
Supervisor: Community Vision News Director or (For KidsNet participants) KidsNet Coordinator

PRODUCTION / FACILITY ASSISTANT:
Job includes assisting video producers and directors on various WCCA programs including WCCA TV Community Vision News, Soapbox, Community Facilitator and Kids/Net Youth Channel.
Task may include, but not limited to: administrative, production set ups, camera operations, simple off and on line editing, facility maintenance, general studio upkeep, assistance.
Requirements: Good Communication, minimal computer skills, Ability and capacity to follow through on time deadlines, Ability to work independently, To be dependable as needed as scheduled.
Team work experience preferred.
Approximately 8 hours per week

WCCA TV 13 hours of operations: 9:30 AM to 8:30 PM Monday through Friday, Saturday 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM
