Up-Coming Production Schedule for October, 2006

Week of October 23rd:,

Monday, October 23rd- We will be taping our new promo as well as TC testimonies in Studio A. We are also designing our first tee shirt, which will be given to active Power Team members for November 18th - WCCA's 20th Anniversary celebration. We're looking for ideas... be sure to bring in your ideas on Monday.

Tuesday, October 24th- This will be the busiest day of the week! In the morning, we will be working with teams of students from Seven Hills Charter School that are learning how to work in front of the camera. This will be the second group of students to come to the station to film in Studio A. In the afternoon, we will be working with a large group of teens from the YMCA MAP program to teach them production skills and develop a Youth News segment for Community Vision. Power Team members... we can use all the help we can get...

Wednesday, October 25th - Senior members of Teen Central were given permission to join the press on the risers and film the democratic rally at the DCU center. What an opportunity! They were the only youth production team on the risers! And their footage was used by WCCA's weekly news show Community Vision. What an amazing first time policitical experience for the team... they listened to Mayor Tim Murray, democratic candidate for Governor, Patrick Deval, Congressman Jim McGover, Senator Ted Kennedy and Former President Bill Clinton. The team was psyched and continued to talk well into the night after the event.

Thursday, October 26th - We will be working on our new promo and the new format for Teen Central. We will also want to finish up any remaining segments from this past year. We also may be taping an interview with the founders of Forge Works Farm. Masha and I had a chance to film some of their Ride with Pride program which provides therapeutic horseback riding as part of their program.

This is going to be an exciting year for TEEN CENTRAL!!!
