WCCA special presentations featuring candidates for election.
On Tuesday, October 20, 2015, Plumley Village Apartments hosted a Town Hall-style forum for Worcester City Council District 2 candidate, Jennithan Cortes. Plumley Village—owned by leading nonprofit housing developer The Community Builders, Inc.—extended the invitation to Cortes and Candy Mero-Carlson who is also vying for the seat.
