Keesha, Joyce and Katie are trainers and coaches themselves as well as graduates of The Undoing Racism Dialog & Workshop, led by the People’s Institute for Survival & Beyond. The People’s Institute is a nationally renowned process that helps communities begin to work collectively to uproot structural racism.  During the interviews, we will learn the dynamics that are operating in our community, often unconsciously, in order to develop innovative and cross-sector improvement plans providing a solid foundation for our work together. http://www.pisab.org/
