From a deep, dark, dusty corner of the WCCA TV13 video vault. The Chefs Tell show featured Worcester area chefs showing their culinary skills. The episode was produced in 1990 but the recipes are still fresh.
Today a Club Maxine chef demonstrates several table side items; a Caesar salad, steak dianne, and a couple fine desserts.
