Bay State Equine Rescue

Guests from the non-profit, all volunteer Bay State Equine Rescue will be coming in to tell us about the amazing work they do to rescue mistreated and unwanted horses and save their lives.

Their mission is to provide education, reduce neglect and abuse, and offer services such as medical care, food or shelter, or raising funds to pay medical expenses. They help individuals place horses they no longer want or are able to care for, or who temporarily cannot manage the care of their horse by themselves. In some cases, they can find a home for a horse and make it available to a loving family for adoption. In other cases, horses remain at the rescue forever.
