Everyday at this Community Anchor Institution you can find Interns and Volunteers creating.
Creating Video, TV productions, building sets, recording audio, writing news stories, editing, experimenting with lighting, interviewing, learning important career and social skills, and experiencing the joy of team work.

BUT THAT IS NOT ALL.

WCCA is a community center a hub in downtown Worcester serving as a vital outreach resource for hundreds of non-profits, a diversity of individuals, businesses, artist, event promoters, community journalist, crafts-persons, all sorts of advocates, educators, media and video buffs, and more.

All contributing to a free flow of news, views and opinions, fresh ideas, and information. NO OTHER TV channel reflects the interest of the people of Worcester as WCCA TV 13. NO OTHER TV channel empowers the people of Worcester like WCCA TV 13

Volunteers are not just experiencing what I mentioned above. They are building local and social bridges, helping others outreach, while they themselves LEARN CREATE and CONNECT. That is what WCCA TV public access is about.

It’s easy to protect YOUR ABILITY TO ACCESS WCCA TV 13’s year around Educational workshops, youth media programs, community productions, and PUBLIC ELECTRONIC FORUM on a NON_DISCRIMINATORY basis . Please express your support for WCCA TV to our city Councilors, and City Manager. Urge them to ensure this vital Community Anchor Institution for democratic media and creative innovation will continue to serve and empower our people for the next ten years and beyond.
