A call to Artists and Creative Entrepreneurs.
Worcester, MA- After two successful seasons the Worcester PopUp is thrilled to be back for an eventful Fall and Winter season. Located at 20 Franklin Street in the heart of down town, the Worcester PopUp location is a unique gallery where artists and entrepreneurs can bring creativity to life through rotating art exhibitions, live performances, inspiring hands on activities and delicious cuisine. Worcester PopUp is now seeking applicants to fill our creative space for this upcoming season with hopes to inspire new creativity to flow within the community, and to provide accessibility for artists to showcase their works. Running September through December, artists and creative entrepreneurs are encouraged to apply to use the space with openings available Thursday through Sunday. The PopUp location willbe open based on demand with free admission to the public.
Last year’s season included a wide range of participants such as performances from The Hip Swayers, Ghost Guests, and Eve’s Tribal Fusion Belly Dance Co, to interactive workshops lead by Edmy Ortiz and Worcester’s Think Tank. With support from the Worcester Cultural Coalition, the Worcester Business Development Corporation and funded in part by the Greater Worcester Community Foundation, the use of the space is free and encourages active engagement and visibility for Worcester’s creative community.
