WCCA TV, at 415 Main Street in Worcester, is getting a facelift thanks in part to funding from the George F. and Sybil H. Fuller Foundation. A feasibility study was provided by the Massachusetts Cultural Facilities Fund, a program of the State of Massachusetts administered through a collaborative arrangement between MassDevelopment and the Mass. Cultural Council. Funds were generously matched by George F. and Sybil H. Fuller Foundation.
