NEW VOICES STUDO Scene from NEW VOICES 2015

WCCA TV ran a media Tour day for Youth. NHS students came to our studio to learn and play with our state of the art TV equipment for a real world, out of the classroom/school, experience. They also learned a lot about public access community media, WCCA TV, it’s scope and impact on community, and how to access this empowering media for themselves. Students participated in a hands on live production project, working with WCCA TV’s staff, they interviewed Mauro DePasquale, Executive Director, and he, in turn interviewed them as well. It was instructive, creative and FUN! We hope to air their work at the studio in the very near future. Stay tuned to WCCA TV ch 194 or wccatv.com for details.

Quote : Peter Ventresca, teacher at North High School writes: “Thanks again for a wonderful studio tour today! All of the students were “buzzing” on the ride home. Thanks again to you and Adam for letting them experience a studio production.”
