WCCA TV BandEdge places the spotlight on the music on the performing artist.

WCCA TV’s BandEdge is a TV show that show cases and pushes performers and their music, ONE Act at a time. Each entire episode is about one act or artist. As a non-profit venture, it is not about pasting the Host all over the screen or logo, nor is it about exploiting sponsors. BANDEDGE as in WCCA’s VIDEO JAM is musicians telling their story through the music they play.

Whereas WPS HAS CANCELLED schools TOMORROW 3/14/18, to play it safe and to allow for clean up, WCCA TV will also be closed Wednesday 3/14/18. All appointments, intern activities and training,community productions scheduled for Wednesday will be cancelled.

DUE TO The after effects of yesterday’s NOR’ EASTER All WCCA TV VOLUNTEER ACTIVITIES AND COMMUNITY STUDIO PRODUCTIONS ARE CANCELLED TODAY AT WCCA TV on 1/5/18.

It is very cold and some road conditions may be unsafe at this time. Please travel with caution.
Again , for today, ALL WCCA TV COMMUNITY PRODUCTIONS, CLASSES, INTERN and VOLUNTEER ACTIVITIES WILL BE CANCELLED.
Weather permitting we will be opened for general public, at normal business hours, on Monday (1/8/18) starting at 9:30 AM.

This Month at WCCA TV, The People’s Channel

Mark your calendar for WCCA TV’s Antiques and Collectibles Day on Saturday, June 17th from 9 am – 3 pm. The event will be held at our facility, located at 415 Main Street in downtown Worcester. We will have appraisers here to help you figure out how valuable your “hidden treasure” may be. Bring your items to be appraised! The cost is $5 per item, limited to two items per person. All proceeds will benefit our non-profit programming. We hope to see you there! As always, thank you for your support!!
Is your teenager looking for something fun to do in August?! Have them join WCCA TV’s Video Maker’s Clubhouse!! Scholarship(s) available thanks to Bay State Savings Bank!! This summer program will be held for four weeks in August, from 9 am – 4 pm, at the WCCA TV studio. The program is available to ages 13 – 18. WCCA TV Special Presentations

People “Run on Dunkin“.. and they win! On May 16, 2017, one lucky Dunkin’ Donuts guest at the Grafton-Street Worcester store was surprised with $1,000.00 as part of a national program to “Freeze the Day” and celebrate the launch of the Frozen Dunkin’ Coffee. WCCA TV was there to surprise the lucky winner, Stephen Carrigan.

Commonwealth Conversations, co-sponsored by Senate President Stan Rosenberg (D-Amherst), Senator Michael Rodrigues (D-Westport), and Senate Minority Leader Bruce Tarr (R-Gloucester), is a statewide listening tour of various geographic regions. The overall goal of Commonwealth Conversations is to foster more civic engagement in the community and help each Senator learn more about issues outside of his or her own district while visiting with local residents, businesses, and interest groups to listen directly to their needs and concerns. Adam Rice and Bradley Bedard of WCCA TV recorded the Conversations at the Seven Hills Foundation.

Armenians Got Talent! – Interview features the show’s talent coordinator, Linda Bullock, discussing the upcoming new edition of the biannual event with two young performers. The talent show featuring parishioners of all ages performing various musical and dance numbers, took place in the Cultural Center of the Armenian Church Of Our Saviour, at 34 Boynton Street in Worcester, on Saturday, May 13, 2017.

Community Forum: Sam Quinones, Author of “Dreamland, The True Tale of American Opiate Epidemic” was presented by the Worcester County DA, Joseph D. Early Jr.. The forum was recorded by Adam Rice for WCCA TV, Channel 194.

You don’t want to miss this episode of BHC!
  • 508 is a WCCA TV show about Worcester. This episode features a talk with people at the weekly peace vigil in Lincoln Square, a demonstration that’s been going on for nearly 30 years.
  • Connecting The Dots is a non-traditional legal program with the emphasis on the attorney as a trusted advisor, with an interdisciplinary approach to solving life’s issues. Host of the program, Attorney Liz Myska, welcomes Paul Medeiros from Easter Seals Massachusetts.
  • Your coffee break is not complete without Coffee With Konnie. Join City Councilor Konnie Lukes and her guests as they discuss city issues at Worcester area coffee shops. In this episode, Konnie has coffee with Tom Christo and Carol Laska, volunteers of the Albanian Festival. The festival is taking place on June 2, 3, 4, 2017.
  • Hidden Treasures is a WCCA TV program that helps you learn how to find that hidden antique or collectible that just may add cash to your life. In this episode, host Bill Safer announces the Antiques and Collectibles Day to be held at the WCCA TV studio on June 17, 2017.
