Jeff Turgeon is currently the Executive Director of the Central MA Workforce Investment Board (CMWIB). He is a Worcester native and graduate of Worcester State University. He has also earned a master�s degree from Georgia Southern University, and completed a non-profit management program at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. Jeff began his professional career at the Central Branch of the YMCA of Greater Worcester, where he oversaw athletic programs, membership, facilities, and teen development efforts. He then worked as the Business and Community Liaison for the Shriver Job Corps Center in Devens, MA, followed by employment as a Program Manager for the US Department of Labor. He has been the CMWIB Executive Director for almost three years. The CMWIB is the local Board tasked with overseeing the public workforce system for Worcester and 37 surrounding communities in southern Worcester County. Jeff lives in Northborough, Massachusetts with his wife and three children
