Intern Interviews 111: Sleep Benefits

Intern Interviews, produced by WCCA TV interns with the help of Intern Coordinator Jen Pichierri, highlights stories and perspectives from emerging young media creators. In this segment, WCCA TV intern Nayhomi Ramos explores the benefits of maintaining a regular sleep schedule, especially as a student, and of getting six to eight hours of sleep on a regular basis. Nayhomi was part of the Bruce Wells Scholars Program hosted by Clark University in Worcester, a federally funded TRIO college-access initiative for low-income, first-generation high school students. Operated in partnership with Worcester Public Schools and YOU Inc., it provides four years of academic support, leadership training, internships, and summer campus experiences.
