In this episode, WCCA TV intern Melanie Nashef interviews City Manager Eric Batista and Leah Bradley, CEO of the Central Massachusetts Housing Alliance, about the upcoming Day Resource Center for individuals experiencing homelessness. Scheduled to open in late 2026, the center will provide essential services such as bathrooms, showers, laundry facilities, and connections to housing and employment resources.
