WCCA TV Executive Director Mauro DePasquale interviews Eduardo Rivas, MBA, CAGS, Accounting Faculty / Enrollment Counselor Designated School Official , QCC , Guilherme de Jesus, Business Administration Student at QCC and Vy Nguyen, Business Administration Student at QCC about the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, an IRS initiative designed to support free tax preparation services for low- to moderate-income individuals (people who generally make $58,000 or less), persons with disabilities, the elderly, and limited English speakers. The VITA program is run with the support of volunteers and students.There are four different VITA sites in Worcester: Main South CDC, WCAC, Plumley Village, and Worcester State University.
