In this episode, Mauro interviews mother and daughter-in-law Helene Cancelmo and Christina Andrianopoulos. Helene discusses her migration to the U.S. from France as a child, how she married and then acquired her first fixer-upper multi-family home, and how she became experienced in the construction business, flipping approximately 60 homes to date. Helene is currently looking into taking advantage of the state's ADU grants and funding to build multi-family homes on her property in Paxton—as she states, "if I live that long." She just turned 90!
