stART on the Street 2016

WCCA TV  was a part of stART on the Street Festival on Sept. 25, 2016.  The bands featured were FREEVO from Worcester and Epoch Failure.  stART on the Street is a non profit organization
committed to expanding the scope of creative culture in Worcester and Central Mass. by creating events that celebrate and support the visual and performing arts.
