FINZ visits the Worcester Public Library for storytime

On Wednesday, March 26th, Worcester Sharks Mascot, FINZ, visited the Tatnuck Magnet Branch Library for Storytime and WCCA TV 13 was there. As part of the visit, children were asked to share why they think reading is important and what their favorite book was. Each child received an autographed FINZ card, a reading activity booklet and learned about the game of hockey. The Sharks Reading Program visits schools all over central Massachusetts, primarily reaching out to grades K - 3. The Tatnuck Magnet Branch is sponsored by Harvard Pilgrim Health Care.
