The Worcester Regional Research Bureau is honored to continue the tradition of presenting the State of the City Address by Worcester's City Manager. This is an important opportunity to hear directly from Worcester's Chief Executive Officer about his policy priorities, budgetary initiatives, and vision for the city's future. This year's address is livelier than last, featuring many interruptions from citizens expressing their frustration over the city's May 8th collaboration with ICE on Eureka Street.
