The Worcester Regional Research Bureau’s Annual Meeting, marking the 40th anniversary of the Bureau, featured a panel with former City Managers Michael O’Brien and Edward Augustus, along with current City Manager Eric Batista, on November 19, 2025. Jen Pichierri of WCCA TV recorded the event at the DCU Center. The Worcester Regional Research Bureau is a not-for-profit organization serving the public interest of Greater Worcester by conducting independent, non-partisan research and analysis of public policy issues to promote good governance and informed public debate and decision-making.
