They discuss the traffic woes of Worcester, from a 25 MPH citywide speed limit that the City Council is considering in response to a recent increase in pedestrian traffic fatalities, to congested streets, lack of parking and the prospect of realizing walkable and lively neighborhoods throughout Worcester.
