Young Views - week of April 17th 2007

Young Views Real News kicks off this week with a story from Teen Central and their new film genre study program. Their first exercise was a film noir murder mystery which is in the final stages of editing.

Next is Lt. Roy from the Worcester Police Department with information on the upcoming Youth Summit in May and and the talent audition schedule for the event.

Young Views also talks about Children's Mental Health Month which is coming in May. Stay tuned because we will be updating you on their events and activities.

The news segment wraps up with an update about the Teen Book Club at the Worcester Public Library.

Fidgi is up next with information from the schools about upcoming activities like Burncoat High School's Walk for the Fine Arts on April 28th and the Worcester Public Schools Arts Festival now through April 28th at the Worcester Public Library. We have a new youth employment opportunity resource. Check out Tom Colletta in our employment opportunities segment. Tom is followed by Ashton with more tips on how to succeed in your job.

Masha wraps up the show with a timely story about the new tanning legislation that is before our state congress. This is an important story for anyone using tanning facilities.
