Masha kicks off her global news segment with a story by Yaroslav Uvcharenko from Uzbekistan. Yaroslav shares stories about the young journalists from PEARL World Youth News and their recent trip to New York City to participate in a Celebration of Teaching and Learning conference. Her second story is by Long Nguyen from Vietnam. His story is about global warming and individual responsibility.
