Every show will cover a small section of the Constitution, situations relative to that section and possible solutions. The show is hosted and produced by local citizens, Tony Barca, Guy Alberghini and Keith Rowland. Show 2 discuses the Second Amendment " A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed".
