This is Worcester is a program hosted and produced by community activist Bill Coleman. Bill talks to Jenny P. and Frank C. of Yes for a Better Worcester. This Community Preservation Act can provide Worcester with the funds needed to control its future. CPA allows communities to create a local Community Preservation Fund for open space protection, historic preservation, affordable housing, and outdoor recreation.
