Gary Rosen and the panel of Candy Mero-Carlson, Gary Vecchio and Moe Bergman strongly support the city's upcoming use of a 311 customer service number. They also are surprised that the city's recognition and plaque in honor of Worcester's Nipmuc Tribe and other indigenous people have been met by criticism from some folks in the community.
