Gary Rosen and this week's panel of Moe Bergman, Walter Bird and former Worcester City Manager Ed Augustus discuss the School Committee's interest in exploring whether homework should not be allowed to be assigned by our public school teachers on curtain nights of the week. Rosen, a former high school teacher for over 30 years, is offended by parents and elected officials who demand high standards and achievement rates while considering tying the hands of our dedicated and diligent teachers. Whatever happened to "practice makes perfect?"
