In this milestone 500th show, Gary Rosen and this week's panel of Moe Bergman, Walter Bird and former Worcester City Manager Ed Augustus discuss Gary Vecchio's twelve-year stint as a panelist on Rosen's Roundtable and his longtime advocacy on behalf of Worcester's residents, especially those in the Shrewsbury St. neighborhood. After that moving tribute to their friend and colleague who passed away in July, 2022, the panel looks at some of the ways Worcester has changed and grown since their premier show in November, 2009. The tenure of City Manager Augustus, his administration's laudable response to COVID 19, the building of Polar Park and the arrival of our beloved Woo Sox, are among the many happenings in Worcester that have made most naysayers into believers and proud Worcester supporters.
