Rosen's Roundtable #524: Homeless Encampments

Gary Rosen and his panel of Candy Mero-Carlson, Moe Bergman and Matt Wally discuss the state of homelessness in the city, the success of the temporary shelter at the RMV downtown building, and whether the city leaders and police were right to remove a group of activists who erected several tents on the RMV to publicize their grievances. Soon it will be up to the US Supreme Court to rule whether homeless people and/or their advocates can use public property to live or camp out.
