Massachusetts activists have filed a fraud complaint with the MA Attorney General concerning the smart meter mandate DPU 12-76-B. The MA DPU is an affiliate of the Smart Grid Consumer Collaborative, which has been compared to the Tobacco Research Institute for its role in generating pro-industry propaganda and distorted science.
