Smart Meters & Wireless: Should We Be Concerned?
Excerpts from a presentation by award-winning Canadian journalist and author William Thomas, and testimony from two CA residents to the California Public Utilities Commission requesting a no-fee out out due to adverse health impacts. Although the Worcester Pilot Program features a no-fee opt out, National Grid intends to surcharge customers who opt out in the future. Despite reports of serious adverse health affects, the Worcester pilot program has no health monitoring and no provisions for residents who may be harmed by the pulsed radiofrequency emissions.
