Although the Worcester Pilot Program features a no-fee opt out, National Grid intends to surcharge customers who opt out in the future. Despite reports of serious adverse health affects, the Worcester pilot program has no health monitoring and no provisions for residents who may be harmed by the pulsed radiofrequency emissions.
